Ixtapa Zihuatanejo celebrates the Grito de Independencia.

With numerous public and the assistance of many tourists, the Cry of Independence is celebrated on the beaches of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. To avoid inconveniences and to reinforce security, we count on the support of the municipal authorities, the local police and civil protection.

In the bridge, a great number of tourists could be seen, who came to visit the beaches and streets of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo to celebrate the national festivities, the Independence Day, in the best way, with colorful lights, regional dresses, Mexican antojitos, tequila, mariachi and a lot of joy.

The official parade took place this morning in the main streets of Zihuatanejo in commemoration of Mexico's Independence Day.
